2022年9月8日0时至24时，沈阳市新增1例本土新冠肺炎确诊病例，新增1例本土新冠病毒无症状感染者，均系密切接触者在隔离期间例行核酸检测发现，无社会面轨迹。
From 0:00 to 24:00 on September 8, 2022, there was 1 new local confirmed case of COVID-19 and 1 new local asymptomatic case of COVID-19 in Shenyang.

9月8日6时，全市十三个区、县（市）开展区域全员核酸检测工作，累计检测739万人，检测结果均为阴性。

▶全市各类公共场所有序放开
Various public places in the city shall open in an orderly manner
商场超市、宾馆酒店、餐厅饭店、景区景点、农贸市场等人员密集、空间密闭、易发生聚集性疫情的公共场所，严格落实限流、错峰、预约等各项疫情防控要求，接纳顾客人数不得超过最大承载量的50%。各类场所要严格落实查验四件套（扫码、测温、戴口罩、48小时核酸检测阴性证明）、场所码等防控措施。
Shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, scenic spots, farmer products markets and other public places which are densely populated, with confined spaces and prone to clustered epidemics, shall strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control requirements such as flow-limiting, staggered peak hours and reservation.
The number of customers accepted shall not exceed 50% of the maximum capacity.
All kinds of places shall strictly implement prevention and control measures such as checking the "four things for epidemic prevention" (health code scanning, temperature measuring, wearing a mask and the negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours) and checking the "venue code".
全市长途客车、旅游包车（不含返回外市地的旅游包车）继续暂停运营，市内公交、地铁（轻轨）正常运营。

▶严格中秋节期间疫情防控措施
Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday
持续做好常态化核酸检测，以区、县（市）为单位，每日覆盖不低于辖区1/3人口；有中风险区的地区，连续3天每日开展一轮区域核酸检测；中秋节连续3天无本土社会面阳性感染者，节后全市中小学校、幼儿园、校外培训机构将有序恢复线下教学（学生和教职员工在开学前3天每日进行一次核酸检测），具体安排由教育部门另行通知。
Continue to carry out normalized nucleic acid testing. Taking district and county (city) as unit, the nucleic acid testing shall cover no less than 1/3 of the population under the jurisdiction.
Regions with medium risk area shall carry out a round of regional nucleic acid testing every day for 3 consecutive days.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, if there is no local social positive infection for 3 consecutive days, after the festival, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and off-campus training institutions in the city shall resume offline teaching in an orderly manner (students and faculty shall conduct nucleic acid testing once a day for 3 days before the return date). The specific arrangement shall be notified separately by the education department.
