日前，数据机构科纳仕（Canalys）发布全球手机市场报告显示，今年一季度，受经济形势不佳和季节性需求低迷的影响，全球智能手机出货量同比下降11%。
报告显示，一季度，三星以24%的市场份额领先市场。而得益于iPhone13系列的市场需求日益增长，苹果一季度表现稳健，排名第二。小米保持在第三位，OPPO和vivo分别以10%和8%的市场份额位列前五。
全球智能手机市场在一季度受到不稳定的商业环境的影响，加之全球新冠肺炎疫情的加剧、俄乌冲突、国际经济形势严峻复杂等多种因素导致消费市场不景气，使其出货量下降。
对于智能手机市场的未来，科纳仕分析师表示，供应商们必须时刻做好准备，以快速应对新出现的机会和风险，同时做好长期战略计划。

4月23日，欧盟成员国与欧洲议会的谈判代表就欧盟《数字服务法》达成一致。
The European Parliament and EU member states reached a deal early Saturday on the Digital Services Act.
该法案旨在对谷歌、脸书母公司Meta、亚马逊等大型科技企业发布的内容进行更为严格的管理。
The DSA aims to more tightly regulate content posted by big tech companies such as Google, Facebook parent Meta and Amazon.
该法案还包括要求科技巨头在向用户推荐内容时使用的算法上更加透明这一强制措施。
The law includes measures compelling tech giants to be more transparent about the algorithms they use to recommend content to users.
如违反规定，公司将面临高达其年营业额6%的罚款。
Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines of up to 6% of companies’ global annual revenues.
该法案将在获得欧洲议会和欧盟理事会正式通过后生效。生效时间预计最早为2024年。
The law is now subject to formal approval by EU institutions. It’s expected to come into force as early as 2024.

万事达卡无价星球联盟（Priceless Planet Coalition）近日宣布，将在全球范围内新增15个造林点。
Mastercard’s Priceless Planet Coalition is announcing the expansion of its reforestation work to include 15 new sites around the world.
中国海南省位列其中，计划于年内种植红树林46万棵。
With Hainan Province in China among them which plans to plant 460,000 mangrove trees within the year.
此外，在亚太地区，柬埔寨、印度和菲律宾的新项目已启动。
In Asia Pacific, new projects are also being launched in Cambodia, India , and the Philippines.
据介绍，为减少碳排放，无价星球联盟致力于在2025年前栽种1亿棵树，并积极探索碳足迹计算器等可持续发展举措。
To reduce carbon emissions, the Coalition is working towards restoring 100 million trees globally by 2025, while Mastercard is also undertaking sustainability initiatives such as the rollout of its Carbon Calculator.
